The only person in the world that makes them that I am aware of is a member on here. He is Washington state. He has 1" and just finished more 2". I ordered a set of the 2" from him today. Send him an email at lonerindustries@yahoo.com. They are $70.00 plus $4.95 shipping. There is also a thread on here about several members installing them on their 08' and 09' models.
Here is the thread. https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...-on-08-sb.html

I may be wrong but I was sure the 08 thru 2010 models had the same mount. The clamps are molded into the triple tree and do not bolt from under the top clamp.
I just got the bike and my buddy has 2009 and he bolts on throw the bottom of the top tree. I called the local harley and they werent awere of the change on the top tree
The 2008 thru 2010 use the same moulded in risers. If your buddy has an 09 with bolt on old style risers then he or someone else changed the top triple tree clamp.
