I havent purchased my HD yet and was wondering about the different tire sizes thats talked about on here. The sales catalog I got at a Dealer dont mention wheel sizes in the DYNA section, what is standard ?

I'm 5'8" tall and have short leggs, what kind of seat and wheel size would be easier on me, and when it shows LOW does that benifit short leged drivers?

In the Dyna line-up, there are two models which are designed to sit lower than other models. These are:

09 and 10 Street Bob FXDBI

09 (Not available in 2010) Low Rider

Any of the Dyna models are easily lowered for a shorter stance. Several seats are available (from HD and aftermarket) to move a rider forward and down to make access to hand and foot controls easier. The OEM seat on the 09 Low Rider provides this "upfront" seating position. There is an abundance of info available on this forum about seats and lowering once you become familiar with the use of the search feature.

Here are the wheel sizes for the 09 - 10 Dynas:

FXDC, FXD, FXDB, FXDL - 19" front/17" rear

FXDWG - 21" front/17" rear

FXDF - 16" front/16" rear

Wheel sizes have little to do with seat height because of the side-wall height of the tires used.

As a suggestion, research the models on the website, then go to the dealer and sit on the different models. If the fit of a particular model isn't easily determined, rent one for the day.
