Well I have the bike on the jack right now cause I took the exhaust off. I was dicking around with the front fender and think it could be done with some mods. If I can get a deal on a fender I might fab it up.

You'll need to cut the back part a tad shorter and yes, it will bolt to triple tree. With the right raised suspension I think it could look bad AF.

I have another bike I was thinking of converting into a poor man's scrambler and I thought of just taking the stock fender, cutting off the tabs and bolting it to the lower tree.
Pros, cons?
I'm with ya

Be aware that the front fender close to the tire serves 2 purposes-
1. Reduces roostertail, and
2. Reduces the chance of brake line/abs sensor wire becoming fouled by the wheel spokes. You don't need laced wheels for this to happen, btw.

Not being an *** at all (reading text content can be misinterpreted), so how is it different from those who remove the front fender altogether?

Mildly off subject but pertains to club style bikes, I have a 2014 streetbob and looking to get mag wheels or just suck it up and buy switchblades from harley. What all do i need to mount older mag wheels ? I believe i need to swap axle, spacer, and I need a new rotor right ? but does anyone have the right sizes and all Id need. Looking to start acquiring parts and hopefully have all i need by summer. Thanks in advance for the help
