Speaking of not seeing things, I missed the word “wheelie” completely. I am humbled and retract my statement haha.

I need to see so I can direct the bike.
The windshield is see-through, and isn't as wide as it looks when you're actually sitting on the bike. I can see through and around it just fine. Being 6'2" helps too because with a 15" shield I tend to look over it anyway.

Regardless fairing or not, you can’t see when wheelie unless you move your head to the side

Really? Because I can see ahead without moving off to the side. Granted it's probably not as great a POV as with both wheels down, but I can still see what's in front of me. Obviously I can't speak for everyone but it's been my general experience...then again I'm also not doing 12 o'clockers while staring at my gas tank...lol

oh, yeah, it’s different when you’re chasing. I can’t see **** when passing 10 and I don’t dare moving to the side... yet

Coming back from the store, heard a noise. Get to the house and see this.
This happened in August so I started tear down and ordering parts and tools.
Discovered some brake caliper damage, ordered more parts.
Thanks to the covid cluster for back orders, slow shipping and wrong parts being sent I finally finished the repairs.
Go to the HD shop to get some wheel seals for FXR and hear more noise. Back to the house. Front wheel bearings are noisy. Remove wheel and bearings
are dry as a bone. No damage, just replace bearings More wait on parts. I hope I'm done for a while. At least with the dyna.

They're West Coast TBars OG bend in 16" - definitely not for everyone but on this bike I love them.

Thanks. I'm actually a dual citizen (US and Australia) dad was born there. Brought it back for me on his last trip there - fit perfectly on the TSport windshield. Gets a lot of people here asking what it is and if I'm a welder...lol. Need to get a new one though, took it off because after years in the sun it was starting to fade and crack...

Might as well drop a pic while I'm here. Nothing new really other than the solo seat I picked up for tooling around town on.
