95" 01 FXDX, obviously not done but its a RWD fxrt fairing with JD brackets. Needs some trimming around the tank. Unbearable buffeting over 70mph so trying different windshields, or else I'll go back to naked and sell it.

You may want to see if that turbulent air is coming from underneath the fairing and over the tank vs. over the top of the windshield. That fairing may be doing its job but the air it displaces has to go somewhere.

Yeah I was thinking that but not sure how to fix it? I rode without a windshield and it pretty much went away (but ugly as hell) so I think a really low shield will work. I hope so at least.

Also gonna test taping over the open "vents" and see if that matters.

So frustrating, everyone I talk to my height (5'7") with these shields say its like they're riding in a nice quiet bubble. Im getting my head rocked around and my vision blurred.

Done as much as I can for a while. Pretty happy with how it turned out. Ready to put some miles on it this spring/summer.

Good looking bike, I'm thinking that blue would look great with RWD front fender like mine and the fairing painted too, sharp

Looks good... and color matching that fairing will be nice when you get there.

I'll be in your neck of the woods this weekend! Holler if you're doing the run.
