Looks good! I love my Pro Pipe, but I noticed that they hang lower on some bike. I wonder why. Does your drag? Mine never has, but it looks like it's mounted higher for some reason.

I do have 13" shocks. Maybe that's the difference.

You may have noticed how low mine was with my Burly Slammers (10.5"). It's right in line with the swing arm now with my Progressive 970s (12.5").

Aren't the stock shocks 11"?

I haven't dragged it since the shock change... And I've taken some turns that would have previously ripped my pipe clean off of the bike...

Stock shocks for the Street Bob are claimed to be 12" but I never actually measured them.

Looking good SLV! At some point I want to do the skateboard wheel shifter/brake pedal, but with white to match my paint. First though I need to do something with the handling. Want to go with a 19" front wheel, not liking how the narrow 21" wide glide wheel catches EVERY line in the freeway. Also thinking of having my grandfather pick me up a true track stabilizer while he's in Laughlin for the river run. Worth the $$$ or should I be looking at something else?

Check out the sputhe stabilizer. I'm sure they're pretty similar, I have the sputhe and the quality is great and you can really feel it tighten the bike up

Sputhe and True-Track are very similar in function. One is aluminum and one is steel.

Suspension should be first though. Quality shocks and a front spring upgrade go a long way toward a great handling Dyna.

Thanks guys, will definitely have a look at both. Bike has progressives on the back right now, but they look lower than stock to me. Been keeping my eye out for a cheap(ish) set of stock FXDXT shocks to lift the back up a bit. Want to hold off on doing anything to the front end-want to switch to dual disk 39mm front end eventually from the wide glide. I've got plenty of plans, but I'm a bit lacking in the $$$ department haha
