New guy needs help!!
I just had a few question mainly in regard to finding parts. I am trying to track down a mini sissy bar upright and pad as well as new tins for my bike. The tins that are currently on there have some dings that drive me crazy and I would prefer to start fresh but good used parts would suffice as well. I have searched high and low and cannot seems to find what I need. If anyone has suggestions on where to aquire fenders, tank, and tank emblems I would REALLY appreciate it. I have a 96 FXDL and am going to go with a wide glide kit but I am sticking with the 19 in tire and narrow glide fender with spacers. whew, sorry for the novel, thanks

the previous owner dropped it so it has a crease in the rear fender where it was tweaked over as well as a little ding in the tank. I could probably just replace the rear fender and repair the tank but if I can get all new tins for a decent price I would rather do that to minimize down time and to have new sheet metal.

Haulin *** sells a very small sissy bar and pad that requires no side mount to hold it. The badges a emblems New Rochelle HD in NY and Surdyke in Missouri give the best discounts that I know of 22% and 20%. Sometimes in the classifeds here on hdforums you can find good deals

Unless you make a lucky find, HD tins aren't usually inexpensive. My best luck finding good deals on tins has been at local swap meets.
