Bout to get my fork sliders and triple trees powdercoated on my StreetBob... Has anyone done the "satin" black? I see most everyone does a glossy black and I thought I'd go with satin to match the bike and be different. What do yall think?

Whatever floats your boat. Either way will look good. I considered the satin but ended up going with gloss, mainly since there is a lot of engine & trans in wrinkle black, but that's my taste.

Get then to JRK5892. He'll get them what ever color you like, with a perfect match. He's done it all and comes highly recommended. Shipped my parts to him last week in fact from FL.

Satin or gloss they both look killer! It's all on your personal flavor. I first did my trees, lowers, headlight, bars & rockers in satin, but for my personal likings I needed some contrast to my satin tins so I redid it all along with every cover on the bike in gloss black...I dig it alot better with the contrast, but that's just me, LOL! Here are a couple pics to help ya out. First 2 pics are the satin & others are everything gloss...also with the gloss the frame & swing arm don't stick out so bad!

Chad that's a sick bike. Looks great both ways. I think I'm gonna go with satin, but the gloss is nice too hahaha. And your rocker boxes convinced me to get mine done sometime!
