As some of you know, I'm running a SE 103" stage 2, that was pieced together by my dealers service manager. And my winter project was to get a little bit more out of it without breaking the bank. First off I have to give props out to Bruce "seven" Croneberger III for being a top notch engine builder/tuner/racer. Not only is he the AHDRA National Hot Street Champion for '06,'08,'09 and holds the records for e.t. & mph in both 1/8th & 1/4 mile, he is a awesome builder! I just got back from picking up my bike and all I can say is WOW! I had my heads cleaned up and went with se 260 cams that I got a great deal on, and I'm not running a 2-1 pipe, but V&H big radius pipes! The bikes throttle response is unbelievable, as soon as you touch the throttle, it's there! For a total of about $2400, I went from a stage 1, 76hp & 92tq to 112hp & 111tq! Who says you can't get good #'s from se parts and 2-2 pipes! I will put up my dyno sheet as soon as I can. I'm happier than a pig in **** right now! If the temps weren't dropping so fast, 29 right now, I'd be out riding! Sorry for the long thread, I'm just excited! Come on spring! Schaeffers Harley Davidson in Orwigsburg, Pa is by far the best dealer out there! Thanks guys!
thats great man... what kind of tuner are you using?
SERT, I got lucky and got my dyno tune for free! They had a advanced performance seminar at my dealer and they used my bike to show how the SERT is used with the dyno to tune the bike.
How do you know about Yuengling? LOL! I actually live 3 blocks behind the original brewery and you can smell the hops when their brewing in the summer time. As for the torque curve, the bike was originally set up for low end power, but I found myself wanting more mid to upper end. I think it pulls just as hard as it did before on bottom, but I would of never guessed it from looking at the dyno sheet! It's like riding a totally different bike! I have the sheet posted in my album.
Watch your fuel gauge go down even faster as i had to with a big bore kit installed in my 1999 Lowrider it turned out to be a gas hog even a slow speeds i was going through 2 tanks a day or more but i was getting on it alot and having fun, I had 97.5 horse and 103 torque , great bike and very quick ,but i sold it to buy my Street Bob which i refused to do any extra motor work, i can imagine with your new numbers how it goes now, hold on and enjoy it but ride safe !

LOL! I hear you guys on it being too early! The only thing that I'm playing around with is a custom paint job. But this black pearl and chrome go together so nice, I think I'm gonna leave it alone. I paid the bike off last month and I'm seriously considering getting another bike! I have this bike set up for just me, and the gf doesn't care to ride on back since it's so loud. I'm thinking maybe a street glide for us and keeping the dyna for me. The street glide I would leave pretty much stock except maybe a stage 1, but that would be probably it. And Wonkaboy, I hear you about gas mileage! It's wasn't all that bad before, maybe around 40ish, but I can only guess what it will be know. lol! I'll post some new pics/video up after this ice melts. This thing sounds alot beefier than it did before!
