2" riser (washers)
finally took the time to get in the garage last night and made 2" risers (stole idea from forum) with black oxide washers- pics are dark but hopefully you can get the idea

I've also seen it done like that but the guy used a piece of chrome shower curtain rod cut to length and had all the washers in the tubes. It looked like he had chrome risers.
