Wraping Pipes
I plan on adding some Cycle Shack turn-out mufflers to my Bob, and want to wrap the header pipes. Has anyone wrapped over the heat shields of the stock pipes? Any help is appreciated.

2nd l cleaned the pipes of grease and such
3rd l've let the wrap soak for a while
4th l started wrapping them watching my spacing

5th on my front pipe was a dent (that's what you get at the swapmeet if you don't want to spend the whole paycheck) so l took some aluminum foil and patch it up (it works like a dream)

mock up on the bike and fabbing the rear bracket, oo and l almost forgot i started at the end working my way towards the heads, that way it'l only need a single stainless hose clamp (cheap motherf... aren't l?)
