Handlebar Limitations For Super Glide
As others have said, you can put any bar on their you want. I put some 10" Carlini Evil Apes on my Sueprglide Custom...but they are not stepped, so I had to buy their risers and put some new cables on as well. Then again, Carlini's risers flow much better with the bars than the stock one...and I already wanted better cables.
Good luck with whatever you choose.

Also if you don't mind sharing, how tall are you?
Put these risers on my 2010 FXDC with the stock handlebars. Brings the bars up 1" and back 2". Made a real difference in comfort.

I put the mini apes on my 2011 Super glide and didn't have to change anything
You can install almost anything you want, if yiou are willing to change cables.
I installed Wide Glide handle bars on my FXD and had to change:
1. Clutch cable
2. Brake line
The wiring on the throttle side had to be pulled out from under the gas tank a little.
The throttle cables had to be routed from the front of the bars to the rear.
The absolute hardest part was changing the clutch cable. And that took about 20 minutes.
Do you have a manual? If you dont - then get one.
Buy you some wide glide mini apes, wide glide clutch cable, wide glide brake line and get busy.

Later I removed the bars and drilled them for internal wiring and powdercoated them black ... when I reinstalled them, I ran the wiring internally ... it really cleans up the appearance ....
Since then, I replaced the risers with dogbone offset risers and replaced the stock riser bushings with polyurethane bushings ....

Shortly after I bought my '05 FXD, I had the dealership swap out the stock bars for the Wide Glide mini apes ... had stainless steel braid clutch cable, brake line and throttle/idle cables installed at the same time and the whole deal was $750 all in ... in retrospect (considering all of the additional mods I did myself) I could kick my own a$$ ... wish I had that extra money back that I forked over for labor at dealership rates ....

Negative shipmate ... that's a Fat Boy take-off front end I replaced the stock narrow glide 39mm front end with ...
That would be the stock 'tins' ... a set of 3-piece shrouds that encompass the triple trees ... also the 'beer cans' ... shrouds that cover the upper sliders ... the upper triple trees on the Fat Boy have tapped bosses all of that attaches to ...
There are auxiliary lights that are made for the stock front end ... (but, as you note, the 'tins' do clean up the area by concealing the wiring) ....
