Was wondering if anyone knows the part number for the following item.
Its the quick release coupling attached to the fuel line, thats the quick release coupling behind the horn under the tank.
Or if anyone knows where i can buy this item online, that would have to be a UK website.
I believe it's sold as a single piece with the hose and both end connectors. The braided version is 63020-04. I know that's a 2004 p/n, but if yours is 7.5" end-end, it'll fit.

If you're talking about the QD that mounts into the tank, it's called a check valve, output and the correct part number for all 07 Dyna models is 62194-04.
Your post said "quick release coupling attached to the fuel line". The QD coupling on the fuel line is part of the line that runs from tank to intake - can't buy just the coupling by itself. That line is 62349-04B.
Do you need one because it is leaking? If so you can just replace the O-ring inside the fitting screwed into the tank. Pop the old one out and take it to a hardware store to match it up, HD does not give a part # for it or sell it by itself.

Good thought, 8541. If it's the o-ring on the fitting that screws into the tank, HD does provide a pn for the 07s. It's 11323. The one further up the fitting is 11387A. No idea whether the MoCo sells either individually, but stuff like o-rings is always cheaper at the local hardware store anyways.
That is the O-ring around the disconnect to seal to the tank, if it is leaking from inside, which is most likely, he would most likely be the O-ring inside the unit, which they don't give a part number for
Wolfydude,
Are you talking about the tank quick disconnect? The part that feeds the fuel from the bottom rear of the tank to the fuel injectors. Or you talking about the crossover tube that is under the tank by the neck? I'm also looking for a replacement quickdisconnect for the crossover so I can take my tank off easy for maintenance or polishing the heads on my jugs.
