I have a spring seat sitting in the garage. Once I finish up my paint job and install my dresser fender, I'm gonna bolt it on and see if it flows with the rest of the project. I suspect it will. But I just like spring seats. But I have seen plenty on rigids, softails and Dyna's that looked horrible with them. Only you can deciede whether its worth the money to give one a try on your bike. For me, its worth taking a shot.

I think they look funny on a bike with shocks on the back in plain view. I can't remember ever seeing a spring seat on a Fat Bob but it just doesn't seem like it would look right at all.

I just ordered one for my SB 2010. On the HD website there it is installed on a SB and imo it looks cool. But I replaced the stock shocks with the 430 Progressive in Black. I think it should look ok at least for me.

I'm not sure what the point would be.........the bike has suspension after all. Maybe if you were running struts in the back but it seems redundant to me

Just wondering how it would look I know for suspension wise its not needed. But I thought with the look of my FB it may look cool to go with a spring seat instead of the usual bare bones you know..

You know what might look cool? If you could figure a way to mount it down on the frame without the springs....it would be super low profile

Not only would it look terrible, it's just plain stupid. There is no point in running a spring seat on a bike with rear suspension.
