Its a paughco springer. The actual springer bolts right up. However I used my stock wheel this is where the pain comes into play.
I talked to paughco when I ordered it and they told me all i need to do is switch the stock wheel bearing from 1 inch to 3/4 inch. I took my wheel with the new bearings up to my local custom shop to have them put in for me. They informed me the bearing spacer was too big. So they machined it down for me and got the 3/4 inch bearings set into the wheel. They also said it was possible that when I go to mount the wheel it will probably not line up to the break caliper due to the spacing being off. So I mounted everything and they were correct. I had to then unbolt the whole front end and take the whole setup back up to the shop so they could get it fixed. I got a call this morning and they also told me my brake disk is also too big. So they had to install a new rotor and machine the wheel spacers then I was good to go.
It ended up costing about 250 extra bucks to get the wheel to fit right. Im happy with the way it turned out I dont think i could have got a black wheel and tire for 250 bucks.

sweet, what did that thing set you back? i want a springer front end so badly, and that black is sic! I cant wait until its finished. is there a way to mount a fender? I would definatly like a parts list make it easier for me!!!!
