Default Risers under 6"

I wanna get some new riser's for my bike. I don't want super tall risers just like maybe 3" or so just to get alittle more upright seating. I also wanna keep the stock bars. Bike is an '02 FXDX

Thanks,

Rich

Just go on ebay or the selling site on here. There are plenty of them out there to fit your needs. I had 4" and went to 6 1/2" with some pullback, helped shoulders out in a good way.

I had a set of these on my bike. The chrome is very nice and they are very heavy duty. The only problem I ran into was when I bought them I thought I could go down to the 3 different bolt stores and score a couple of 1/2" x 20 chrome bolts for them. Wrong!! I had to order a pair.

So I think I'm gonna get some of the chubby's blackout risers

either 3.5" or 4.5" . I'm wondering if I'm gonna need new cable with either of those ?

Just a suggestion, i recently put a stock Sportster pullback riser/speedo mount out of a friends takeoff box and mounted it with my stock bars on my FXD.

it look alright, puts the bars at a much more comfortable position and gets rid of that horrible speedo setup the FXD come with. The stock speedo fits right into the Sporty housing as well.

My bike is an '02 also , so I was wondering if you had to get longer cables with the 4" and the 6" ?

I added the 6 1/2's Drag Specialties and did not have to change any cables. I see someone above asked if you had 1 1/4 bars? make sure you know the size of your bars before you order risers.....

they make 4" risers that will allow you to use the stock top clamp. i have seen them for sale, don't remember where though. start googling and you'll find them.
