Has anyone worn out a tire that has had the beads in them for the life of the tire? I'm using them now and like them but I have been wondering if they are doing any damage to the inside of tire.

Default Damage?

Not likely. They only move about at very low speed and so have very little impact. Once you get going at twenty mph or so, the beads have found the light spot and settled in. They are pretty much locked in place by centrifugal force.
As tough as a tire carcass is, I can't imagine that you could go far enough on a tire's tread that you would notice anything in the way of damage or wear inside.

Bought some new Harley aluminum wheels for my Street Bob and have been thinking about the Dyna beads. After seeing that video I am sold on the idea for sure, especially since I don't want any weights visible on the wheels.

Probably doesn't matter to anyone but if you read your Dunlop tire warrenty installing the beads will void it.
