I am running Python Staggered Duals also. Love them! Yes, they are made by V&H, I actually put in baffles from V&H pipes (and their still loud).

I pretty much agree with everybody else... I put some Python Slip-ons on an 01' RK to replace the 7 year old set of scratched up, pitted, rode hard and put up wet V&H Slip-ons.. They sounded great and just a tad bit louder. I decided to try them because I got them for $275 new off ebay.

I have the same and really like them. I had them installed at the time I purchased my bike as "temporary" until I could afford a V&H system. I liked them so much I kept them.
