I pretty much agree with everybody else... I put some Python Slip-ons on an 01' RK to replace the 7 year old set of scratched up, pitted, rode hard and put up wet V&H Slip-ons.. They sounded great and just a tad bit louder. I decided to try them because I got them for $275 new off ebay.
This thread is about to cost me some $....I was leaning toward the D&D Fatcat but now have started looking at the Python 2 to 1 due to the price difference. aghhhh....new pipes...new bars...new tri-bar LED....it never freaking ends...aghhhh
I have the Python3 slip-ons. They're great if you like loud and deep. They don't sound tinny at all.
+1
I have the same and really like them. I had them installed at the time I purchased my bike as "temporary" until I could afford a V&H system. I liked them so much I kept them.
