OK I got the Samson Powerflow on, looks good, sounds good, fits good - even runs pretty good, doesn't really do anything bad. I have the Stage 1 Big Sucker ready to install and the TTS will be here Monday. I'm sure there are instructions but with the above changes, can anyone recommend a good map or starting point?
The AE-176-002 is a good start for a stock bike with AF and some kind of exhaust.
the Powerflow II is a very high performance pipe since it is a stepped header with tons of flow. may want to start out with a map that will be a bit more rich than usual and go from there. I agree the AE-176-002 may be a good starting point.

Can you quantify that - rishcr by how much and what would be a good map for such an increase.
Also, while I have you here...........when I installed the pipe (which fit pretty good btw) I noticed that when the new trans bracket was installed on the two studs, it leaves a gap between the case and bracket where the bolt (between the studs) goes that amounts to .550". For not I filled the gap with washers but should there be a spacer in the hardware kit? The instructions made no mention of one.
While I like the sound and don't feel it has an objectionable noise level - I would like to experiment with packing the baffle and or using a longer baffle by welding two of them together - is there room in the pipe for this? Any thoughts appreciated.
