Nuetral Light Problem
Just picked up my '07 street bob ( only 25 miles ) and the nuetral light is coming on and going off along with a little red key icon while I'm riding no matter what gear I'm in. I don't have a security system on the bike so the key icon is a mystery.
Dealer is supposed to look at it today but I thought I'd see if anyone else has had this problem.

Dealer said that he has seen one other bike with the same simptoms and has a new "neutral switch" ordered. Naturally they are on backorder. Hopefully it's a quick fix, not to many warm riding days left here.

Same problem on 07 Ultra it started when the bike got hot in traffic and stayed on until it was turned off and cooled down. The security light comes on shortly after the neutral light comes on. I have factory security sys but it doesnt seem affected. Spoke to the dealer and they said had heard of this issue come by when it is on and they will check it I think he said the torque setting. However I'm always too far away or they are closed so I am saving it for the 1000 mile service. Oddly enough when I was trying to set up a demo ride the Ultra demo had the same problem and they wouldn't let me take it out.

Problem solved. Took it in and they replaced a "Neutral Switch" and all seems well so far.
Don't know if the security light was somehow connected but I havn't seen it come on yet either.
