No idea at all.
I will tell you this though. Back in my sports bike riding days, I bought a 2nd hand GSX-R. The previous owner put a fatter front tyre on my bike than the stock (and didn't mention it to me). I had replaced the back tyre after I bought the bike and couldn't work out why it still handled so bad compared to other bikes I was riding.
I finally worked it out , and changed it back to the stock size - problem solved.
well I dont think I will have any problem with handeling seeing that a lot of other HD's and cruisers have bigger front tires. And the fact that it is a cruiser and not a sports bike. 2 different animals and riding styles.

I guess my point is, you might notice a change in the more nimble handling of the Dyna line, as opposed to FL front ended bikes.
I have a website on my home computer that shows the largest tires sizes that will go on various bikes without any modifications. I will hunt for it and send it to you. I kinda like the fatter tire look as well. Thats why I now think the new 07 Fatboy has to be the coolest non CVO bike Harley has out right now. Thats another reason why "in my opinion the 06 and newer Dynas look better is because of the widder front ends."
Hopefully that info will be more helpful than what you have been given so far.

Or you might not, I have ran oversized tires on alot of different bikes and despite dire warnings of how it would screw up the handling I have never been bothered by it.
I dont think its gonna bother the handling either. I mean I am not talking about a car tire on the front, just something that is a little thicker and more beefy looking.
has anyone figured out how fat you can go on the front of a Bob without any mods? I'm willing to take the fender off, but I dont want to mess with the forks or brakes.
I have a Metzeler ME 880 Marathon 110/90/19 on my '06 FXDBBI - handles great, no fitment issues (abouta 1/2 wider than the stock tire). It does render your front fender useless on wet roads; I'm actively searching for an FLH-style full fender that will fit our front end.
Pic attached is the only recent one of my bike (Black FX, middle of pic) with the 110 on the front.
