Power Cones

I'm installing a set of Big Shots and was wondering if anyone has used Power Cones in their head pipe. I heard they help with back pressure as well as adding a deep sound.

Save your money. They are on the wrong end of the pipe to do any good.

The biggest advantage to the power cones (samson calls them torque cones) is with drag pipes, or open pipes. They help prevent reversion from the returning pulse waves, from entering the combustion chamber during the overlap period of the cam when both valves are open, and make up for what would have been a loss of power (torque) at the lower rpm levels.
