Default LePera modifications

I really like my LePera seat but after about 40 miles or so it was tearing up my hide. I wanted to have some gel added to it so I took it to a guy recommended by my indy. This guy does all the seats on my indy's builds. It turns out the guy lives in walking distance from my house. After we discussed my issues, he told me that the seat had enough cushion so he recommended cutting out the metal in the tail portion of the seat and building up the back a little. He told me he was an expert on these things and proceeded to show me his bike and several awards he has won for miles he has in the saddle. He said if the problem isn't fixed, I can bring it back to him free of charge and he will make more modifications. Here is the finished product. I Had H2o put on because my last name is Waters.

Now I just need to put my rear fender back on and hopefully the guy in the brown shirt shows up in the next couple of days with my Magnum Chromite's so I can put my Burly's on.

Very nice Waters! Be sure to give some feedback on the seat after you've gotten some miles on it.

The LePera Silhouette has more padding than the Barebones with lumbar and is worlds different than the BB. Think about the name BB. It means what it stands for. Absolutely no problems with the Silhouette.

I have the Daytona Sport. I have gone 400 miles on a day ride and could have gone a lot longer. I think building up the back will help.

I could have just bought another seat but I got it used and I really like the look so we'll see.
