The PM wheels are not cheap, but they are top quality and will likely look as good 20 years from now as they do today. I've had mine on the bike for 10+ years and they still look great.
As for other suggestions, can go with the matching rotors and pulley, and throw some calipers on as well.
I dont think most HDwheels are that expensive, I was going all out. The ones I was looking at were 60 twisted spoke with the spokes fading from black at the outside to copper at the hub. It also included a matching spoked pulley and black chrome rotors, so it wasnt their basic spoked wheel.
I will make my decision when Dr Vtwin gets back to me, but it is either the fat 50's or the PM. Really depends on price and the mood I'm in when they get back to me
