Default Winter Project - ENGAGE!!!

Finished the tear down for the most part tonight. Bike is an '09 Bob. I'll be sending parts off for paint and powder soon and I have most of new parts ordered.

Here's a list of planned mods:
Gloss black paint
Shaved 06-08 rear fender
Black powdercoated trees, lowers, battery box, dash, strut covers, sissy bar, signals, etc.
HD Chrome Engine Kit
1947-1950 Tank Emblems
Custom red/white pinstriping on dash/rear fender by Bob Bonds
Black 18"x5.5" rear wheels w/metz 180
Black 21"x3.5" front w/ metz 120
Relocate front sigs to forks
Duece standoffs for rear sigs
Progressive front lowering kit (to match 11" rear shocks)
12" Santee Apes (black)
Avon Contour Grips
Black 5 hole levers
Licks 3" round mirror
Jerzee Customs oil pressure gauge
Seat from 06-08 FXDB
Stage 1 intake
PC5
V&H short shots
HD SE red plug wires

I think that's everything but I'm sure I'm forgetting a few things....I'll have a handful of parts for sale, here's a few to start with:

Stock '09 air cleaner assembly
Stock '09 shocks
Stock black '09 wheels (19" front, 17" rear)
Stock solo '09 seat
Stock '09 rear fender w/light
Stock '09 mirrors
Stock '09 rear sig standoffs
Belt guards
Will also have primary cover, trans cover, upper and lower rockers, and timing cover once I pull them.

PM me for details

Thanks to everyone on the forum for the help. The service manual only goes so far in explaining some things and the info I got from the forum has been priceless. I'll update with pics as the build progresses.

Hey that looks familiar. Started mine about a month ago. Going black and red. Cash flow is a little slow right now, doin a little bit at a time. Winters here are pretty long. We'll have to compare before and after when we're done.
