Default Chrome Color

I've got a 2011 Wide Glide, bought it last August. Rode today, first time since late last fall. I noticed that the chrome on the handle bars has kind of a yellow or goldish color tint to them. Is this normal? Or is there some sort of defect with the chrome and would it be covered under any warranty? Anyone else have this issue?

I'd take the bike back to the dealer. That is not normal!

I believe they're chrome...I could be wrong though. Guess I've got the joy of dealing with the stealership now....

Maybe they are stainless. If that's the case guess I'll have to powdercoat them bc they look like crap :-(

If there magnetic then there chrome plated steel, not magnetic = stainless.

My Fatbob bars are the same...definitely a different color than the the other chrome on the bike. I didn't realize it fully until I changed my grips to Harley Stealth grips, and they were right next to each other. It also only makes itself really apparent under the sun and it doesn't translate to pics.
