Well, this past wknd I came across a 2010 RK that was really talkin' to me. The deal fell right into place. And as much as I'm going to miss the Dyna and would love to have two bikes, at this time in my life there is only time for one. Anyways I took delivery this afternoon. I'll be stopping by here often, I just hope the touring forum is as good as this one
I'll have a boat load of parts for sale shortly. they sure came off easier than they went on!

Droppin like flies lately around here. Nice RK though, enjoy. Save the battery band for me if you didnt turn it in with the bike.
Thanks man,
The battery band and was OE. I painted it and gave it the striped look. There's a thread here somewhere that covers the paint tips and procedures. It's basically covering the raised area with pin striping tape, priming and painting.
Let me know if you can't find the post or have more questions. I'll be happy to help.
If I were to make a move, I would go to the King...truth be told, I sat on one Saturday and walked away......pain builds character, you see.
Nice ride and congrats!
