Default Rake change bight question

I am going to do a rake change and front end change on my 2000 Superglide, I know about and have used to figure my rake/trail but I'm still not sure exactly how to come up with if I need to lower the rear or change the fork length. Here is my plan , use 3 deg bearing cups and 3 degree trees on a wide glide front end probably aftermarket to get the whole thing chrome, also change to a 21" front wheel. I know changing the fork length will change rake/trail stuff but my concern is ride height I wouldn't mind going am inch lower but don't want it to be any higher or not level anymore,
I appreciate all help Thanks

I have seen a rule of thumb that says for each degree increase in rake, height will be reduced .2". Following this rule of thumb, 3 degree trees and 3 degree cups will bring you down 1.2". The 21" wheel (depending on what tire you run) will raise you back up about .5". Hopefully this will help you gauge what to do in the back to keep the same stance and have predictable figures on the trail based on what you entered in the calculator.
