Those are the bars I put on mine. Sorry....I can't remember the length on the clutch cable. The brake line, I went with a 1 piece. I just measured how much more I thought I needed over the stock line.
Throttle cables I didn't change out....I just rerouted them between tank and triple tree. Saved a few pesos.
