Cool Gauges

I ride a '99 FXDX. The gas gauge has beads of moisture on the inside and the speedo gets cloudy..... is it worth it to replace OR, as I read in another forum, all Harley gauges leak...... Input please???

Mine do. So I leave it in the sun and it cooks the moisture out. No problem.

That is the solution that I've often read about for condensation issues. Sealing a unit is seldom the answer, it just eliminates the moisture's escape. Let it cook in the sun.

My 07 Street Bob's speedometer and fuel guage get mositure in them when it's cold out. It evaporates eventually. Don't know why they can't get them to not do that but screw it.
