If you aren't planning on making any other changes I would just go with the Xied's. It will richen up your fuel mixture in the range you ride in 90% of the time, It's $104. delivered, it's a 15 minute install plug and play. (most of the 15 minutes is taking the seat on and off)
The bad part is you will probably lose about 5% of your gas mileage, but the best bang for your buck.

2010 Wide Glide, Big Shots staggered, and a Fuelpak. Did it all myself and the most trouble was getting it to fit under the seat. Called them in CA and they were most helpful, 100% satisfied with their tech support. My MPG either stayed the same or improved slightly. Love it. Have a pop every now and then when I don't let off the throttle completely when running up thru the gears but other than that sounds like a sewing machine finely tuned....a LOUD sewing machine.
Fuelpak, you can't go wrong.
