I recently installed the detachable hardware kit and rear turnsignal extension on my 2010 FXWDG. Everything was running well, until I took apart the connections, installed connectors and soddered the ends. I wanted to be able to detach my turnsignals to take off the luggage rack if needed, so I wanted to be able to disconnect the wires without having to resplice lines. The connections are solid and have been double checked.
Anyways, a week of smooth riding later and now I am getting a code. b1155 with an associated part number of 68921-07. I am not having any Neutral light issues, its only with my right rear turnsignal. From time to time, the rear right turnsignal will stop flashing and the rear right brake light will not work. If I hit the turnsignal or pump the brake a couple more times, it will turn back on! This only occurs when I am running and moving.
