Default 2011 SB tail light

Man this tail light turn signal set up that I have is just getting too painful to look at. Anyone know of a way to clean up the butt ugly set up on my 2011 Street Bob? I cant find anything for 2011's.

How about an early model SB fender and taillight swap?

Here's what I did (although I got the wrong strut covers. Were supposed to be brushed, but HD was closed when I was doing the fender swap.):

I should have thought of that . changing fenders n lights . that would certainly be one way to do it. I was thinking of a lowbrow custom A model taillight and vertical plate assembly. Not sure how to cleanly mount the lighting wires I guess it shouldn't be too hard to figure out. Good luck to the OP with what ever you decide to do. thank for all who posted pictures.

You don't even need the tail light. Just remove, side mount the plate and get medallion or something to cover the holes... or just chop the fender. HD actually sells a kit that is chopped for you. It leaves you with no holes and only the turn signals which double as brake lights (as they already do).

I plan to just take the tail light off and run the turn signals since there integrated. The only problem is there is a big square hole under the tail light so that will have to be filled.

I hear you buddy, that's why I bought a 07, had a chance to buy a 09 but the light is not my cup of tea.

Yeah, I am putting an older fender on my Bob with new lights.

For an easy and cheap solution to the sigs though, Alloy art makes a clean looking strut signal:

Those are sweet! I probably would have used those if I had known they existed...
