Need help from FXDXT owner
I'm installing an FXDXT fairing on my 2007 street bob. Been thinking of doing this for a while now and slowly buying parts. Got everything besides the upper windshield mount which is no longer available ANYWHERE. I badly need someone with a FXDXT to take a picture of this part along with its dimensions so I can have it fabricated. Part number is 59835-01 MOUNT UPPER, windshield #27 on this schematic.

Bungking.com makes the mounts for late model bikes. And you can forgo the upper mount and use the hole on the top side of the fairing where the plug #20 goes. The windshield is not adjustable but I dont use that feature on mine anyway. Hope this helps

I had to fabricate a few obsolete parts. The fairing mounted and looked good on my 07 FXDB but it was a little tight around the headlight bezel and there was a wind whistling sound I just couldn't isolate or live with. These FXDXT fairings are so damned expensive and desired that I was able to sell the fairing for good money. I ended up buying the bung king kit and harley fairing and it went together like butter. Not the same look but its a better setup IMO. Added a fairing lip and its got good wind deflection. Good luck but my .02 is go bung king and the cheaper fairing.
