Default Torque Question

I'm swapping out my brake rotors - can some one tell me what the torque specs are for the bolts on the front and rear?

I'm hoping it's not more than Go Get A Manual ft/lbs of torque cause my cheapo wrench probably wont go that high. Thanks for the help guys.

16-24ft.lbs. front; 36-45ft.lbs. rear. According to the manual, these bolts are not to be re-used; some guys do and some don't. If the bolts have been re-torqued three previous times, I would replace them. However, if this is the first time, clean the threads, a thread "chaser" is better than a tap for the threaded holes; apply some blue Loctite and torque to spec with an accurate torque wrench.
