The cover is just the insert with the very small block letters that says Twin Cam 88 on it. In most of the pictures it looks to be plain chrome. This is the one I have:
TC88 AC Cover
The closest thing I've seen to what I want is the Dewey's Pegs Air Rammer or whatever he calls it. I want a cover that covers the edge of the filter, but still leaves the side of the element open. So far other than Dewey's ($$$$) I haven't found it.
That new HD cover appears to be almost a satin finish in the picture.
AC Cover
I *think* it's just the pictures because it is described as "mirror-chrome". But I'd like to see one in person. I think it would cover more of the sides than I would like. As many options as there are out there, it seems amazing that there is nothing exactly like I want.

That's the trouble. It seems the winners are always the ones with the store bought looks.
For once I'd like to see a true homebuilt custom like that spring bob win it.

That is one impressive mod. If the MoCo would make one, I would trade in Ashley (06 'Bob). Otherwise I may have to do it to her myself.
