Default Ya never know..?

Ya never know what ya got when getting a used bike....
I bought my fxdc08 used a couple years ago....
I bought some Ricor Intiminators a couple months ago while they where on sale....
Just got around to installing them last Monday....Got alittle surpise when after I drained the oil and started to remove the supposedly stock spring....
instead of 1 spring there was 3 springs and 2 milled spacers between the springs....with a white spacer at the top...
So it turns out, I have the Works progressive spring kit, Now with the Ricor Intiminators I should have one sweet front end....
Now Im wondering about cams etc, people tell me I got to have cams, my bike runs really well....So who knows.
Used bike = never know untill ya tear into it....

That's pretty cool. I bought my bike used and have had it torn apart many times, I've yet to find any hidden suprises.

Your bike is pretty freakin' cool. I wouldn't be surprised at anything you find.

The only thing I find when I work on my bike is less money in my pocket.

That's interesting, mine came with that feature too. Does that come from the factory or is it an aftermarket item from the previous owner?

I bought mine new so it came from the MoCo installed. It's a feature they don't list in the advertising or specs.

Interested to see how they work - Brian told me they work best with the stock springs so that is what I went with even though I had a set of Progressive springs.

I guess they weren't that good if you couldn't tell they were in there. Something made you but the intiminators.
