How big of a job is it to remove the baffles from CS slipon muffles?Mine is the tappered end,was thinking of installing BCT baffes.

 

I have the CC MT-129 tapered slipons on my 2011 Super Glide. I think they are welded in and you cannot remove them. Call CC and ask them.

for the most part you should just need their core removal tool. once you have the tool the bolt on the end pops into one the holes in the baffle and hit the handle on the tool to get the baffle out. couple good hits and it comes right out. if it welded you might be able to cut the weld with a die-grinder and shave the weld down and just use the tool as i said above.
