Hi All,

I'm currently looking at picking up a bike for the wife. My "normal" dealer is having a manager's special on a 2008 Dyna FXDL Low Rider. It's got 2333 miles on it and they're asking $10,400 (non-negotiable). They knocked it down from $12,995.

Anyways, I'm curious if there's any known "issues" with the '08 Low Riders.

I'm a bigger guy so I've only owned touring. The wife has owned a Nightster and a Heritage Softail in the past.

got mine new June 08 and not one issue so far, come on spring.

Mine is a 2009, currently needing a new starter. Going to put the high power 1.4 kW in this spring, hopefully that will prevent any further issues.

My 2008 Lowrider has no big problem so far...
but they are not perfect build!
