I think the springer front end you are looking at is the same one forum member Man4Mopar installed on his Wide Glide ... he has an album with some pics of it and a thread about the installation ... might help you if you come across any difficulties ...

Why would you change the SB fort end? What's to gain? It will effect the handling and put more load on the rear???? Just wondering why.
