Quickest/cheapest fix is to fit some Xieds. Might not cure all the pops but will likely reduce them a lot. You'll also drop the engine temp and even get a little performance boost.
my 12 street bob did the same thing, welcome to the newer the bike, the worse it gets epa syndrome. i put the xieds on and poping gone. or take it to the dealer 100xs and waste your time.
