Installed new bars, risers, and fairing. Bars are perfect. I wish it wouldn't have taken 4 different set ups to finally get it right.

Looks great.. I had the pro taper bars on a dirt bike and I loved them. I was going to ask about the pipes as well. Did you fab up the collector? What headers?

 

Thanks for the compliments. The pipe is a fat bob head pipe with a section of 3" stainless into a stainless reverse megaphone. Stevo-II, a member here, built it. I kept bugging him about it and he sold it to me.

 

They make 1 inch motocross bars? Looks good.

 

No. The bars are 1 1/8 where they clamp and 7/8 at the grips. The bars are ProTaper Contour CR Highs. Forbidden Motorcycles puts 1" sleeves on them so they work with HD controls.

There are some shops that build a moto style bar but they all had too much pull back for me.

 

Very nice! I miss your old look but what you have going now looks just as awesome in a different way. Very aggressive and I think it's pretty cool to tie mx parts into a Harley.

Thanks. This set up is much more rideable. I did about 240 miles yesterday and has no pain or discomfort. My prior set up would start making me hurt after 30 minutes riding in town.
