Im looking to change a few things on my bike and I'm thinking of doing some red wheels. I'm thinking of red hoops, black spokes and nipples and red hubs. I tried to do a search but I think I got everything but what I was looking for.

If anyone has a street bob with red wheels, do you mind posting up a few pics? I just want to get an idea of what it might look like.

Just did quick google search. Definitely need white walls IMO...

 

Thanks for the reply. I like White walls but for the sizes I need, they cost way to much $$$$. Im ok with normal black walls though, it gives a contrast between the red and black.

What I don't like is stainless spokes with red rims, just not my cup of tea.

 

Pickard offers a setup with red inserts in the spokes.

If you do the red rims/hubs, do the white walls. Otherwise it just don't work!

FWIW a kid around here has his done in orange. It's different.

 

No worries man, I love the look. It's just different enough that it doesn't look like just another blacked out bike (no offense to blacked out bikes).
