Wobble again
Another question are the tires tube or non tube. The reason I ask is, if they are tubed the rim strip may also be off center from the tire mounting process. This has caused problems in other brand bikes I have read about.

First thing is stock suspension. I never liked the feel of the stock springs and stiffened it up with the triple rated from Works, also added the riicor intiminators.
They really help. Even just adding the ricors would help.
Second is the fluid in the forks, has it ever leaked? Change time? Heavier WT?
Then there is the bearings, did you inspect them?
Have you ever changed them?
Has the wheel axle nut been torqued properly?
I pull my wheel and have the tire changed with new tube then do the brakes and bearings at the same time.
Should swap the bearings every other tire change.
Your rear tire could be the issue. I went through the same issues 2 years ago. I Had a Dunlop Roadsmart Dual tread tire on the rear and I could force the wobble at 60+ mph, but 80 just started on its own as it pleased and that's just going in a straight line. Twisties seem to be fine, just couldn't ride in a straight line without the wobble showing up.
It turns out that it was the rear tire. When the tire would warm up it would just turn to mush. I put a stock Dunlop back on and the wobble was gone. After the roadsmart was sitting out in the sun on the side of my house and I picked it up and it was soft as hell. I was able to hold the tire thumb on the bead and my 4 fingers on the tread. I was able to squeeze and touch the bead to the inside of the tire. I put it in the shade and tried it again later and I wasn't able to do it. So that tire was definitely crap.
