Default Brake problems

I just recently purchased my 97 super glide. I changed the oil and took it for a ride. Once I got back I noticed that when trying to walk the bike it started to make a squeaking similar to bad brake pads. I've taken look at the brakes and it looks like the front brake is stuck.

I'm new to all this so Im looking for some guidance. Is it possible I need to bleed the piston? change all the brake fluid? or is this a bigger problem.

Just for an idea I purchased the bike from its second owner who only put on 1000 miles in 5 years. Im not sure what maintenance was done over those 5 years but I'm not guessing much.

Could be just the pads are glazed and roughening them with some sandpaper will fix it.

Otherwise, could be a piston sticking. You could try getting some WD40 on the piston and then pushing it in with a thick screwdriver and pumping it back out again. Failing that, its a rebuild job with new seals.

I mean, they could have become partially coated with some crud.

If it does it occasionally (like in one spot every rotation of the wheel) it is not uncommon that a rotor become warped. More than likely it is a brake pad issue or if the pads are really thick like brand new ones maybe the piston wasn't pushed all the way back in
