I'm about to change the oil in my FB and I know where all the drain plugs are and oil fill hole. Can someone tell where the trans and primary fill holes are please or show me a pic. For the use the search function police out there I have searched but no luck. I'm planning on buying a service manual but have not got around to that yet. Any help would be appreciated.
several video's on youtube. You have to remove the round derby cover to put in the primary fluid. The transmission hole is close to the engine oil dip stick. It should be a silver allen wrench screw to remove to install the trans oil.
the fill for the transmission is on the right, just in front of the swing arm mounting point, its a chrome cap with a hex key. you fill the primary thru the primary cover... you should check your clutch adjustment while you have the cover off.
Just an FYI, when you fill the primary the bike needs to be upright, and not on the jiffy stand. Otherwise you won't be able to put the whole 32oz in. A funnel is also useful, kinda tight in there. There's not a lot of room for pouring. I actually had my wife pour it in, and lightly tighten the derby cover, while I held the bike up. After that experience I had no trouble talking her into a floor jack, haha.
be sure not to over tighten the derby cover fasteners and when you refill the oil, put two quarts in it and run it to operating temp, park it, check the level and then fill to mark.

Testing, testing and here is the pic i was trying to post yesterday.
