1. Home made brackets + forward control kit:
The idea is simple; it's an adapter mounted onto the fwd and mid control brackets. The floorboards are mounted to the adapter. Here are some images (in cell phone quality):

a. FXDP set-up using parts from this kit 50601-01
b. V-Twin set-up 27-0920 (see image below)

Some FLD owners have tried but unfortunately the FXDP heel/toe shifter cannot be used on the FLD floorboard set-up.
