another a/c concern

i'm really thinking of just going with a k& n filter in the stock cover i know it wont breath as good but i ride in the rain to much for the open air filter i do have se2 slip on and i do want to have H.D. remap it.what will the concerns be with this set up?

You can use the K&N with the stock cover and it will not be a problem with rain
