Are their any tighter to the fork tube solid mount clamps available for the 49mm bikes to attach a quarter fairing?

You still have to get 4 clamps to attach the bungking brackets to the forks.

 

I bought some Kury signal brackets going to fab up a rigid mount I'll post pics when it is complete. I thought about bung king and some quick releases but I want to get the fairing in closer to the fork tubes and let's face it 40 each for quick release I'd rather have it solidly mounted for that price. Anyone have any idea where to buy 1 inch round metal spacers though?? Thanks!
