Back in July I came to the conclusion that my Road King was going to be too pricey to revamp into what I wanted.
So, the next best thing was an FXDXT. I had been wanting a DX of some sort for a couple years, so after some searching nationwide, I chose this gal out of Dalton, GA.

After a couple phone calls to the dealer, a deal was struck and I made arrangements to ship my Road King east and ship the T Sport west.
Finally the day came when I could pick my T Sport up. Instead of getting it delivered to my work, my buddy drove me up to the shipper's warehouse.
Untied her from the pallet, rolled her over to the door, kicked the tires, signed my BOL, fired her up and rode from Poway back to Chula Vista.
The next day I had a 8AM appointment at DMV. They gladly took my $926 in fees and I walked out with a plate.
Only things added so far was a Cee Bailey's 14.5 dark smoke shield, black HD mirrors, removed the passenger crap, changed fluids.
I have a few more parts floating around just waiting until I have more cash to change things up.
Changing the forwards back to mids and bars are the next big items.
